Power Yoga emphasizes full-body physical conditioning connecting mind, breath with movement. The classes start with centering and warming up and end with relaxation and Yoga Nidra meditation. The structure of each class provides a theme, method and progression in the sequence of asanas taught. The alignment principles are presented in a clear and concise way, enabling students to engage the whole body in the flow: mind, breath, muscles, bones, fascia.
Power Yoga will tone, strengthen and stretch your body, clear your mind, and leave you with a sense of empowerment and awareness.
ALL levels of experience are welcome, and options are given to both modify and intensify poses.
