Join us on Sunday, June 21, from 4:30–6:00 PM for a calming, beginner-friendly workshop to welcome the shift into summer.

This 90-minute session offers a gentle, trauma-informed approach to mindful movement, with slow, restorative stretching and breathwork designed to support the body without pressure or intensity. No prior experience is needed, and everything is invitational. You’re encouraged to move, pause, or rest in whatever way feels right for you.

After our movement and a short guided meditation, we’ll share hot tea and spend some quiet time journaling and setting intentions for the season ahead. (Please bring a journal and a pen.)

If life has been feeling rushed, this is an opportunity to slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your breath and the rhythm of the new season.

All are welcome.

Tickets: $35
Space is limited to 8 participants to create a cozy, intentional experience. A minimum of 4 participants is required for the workshop to run.
