This yoga series will focus on Iyengar – style Yoga to help align your body and safely expand your range of motion to get the most of each yoga pose.
This 4 weeks workshop series will focus on spine, hips & shoulders, and enable you to try or perfect yoga poses such as inversions, backbends, twists and arm-balances.
In addition, this all-levels series will apply fascia release techniques and breath work to open joint range of motion and strengthen neuro-muscular connections to unlock stiff hips/ shoulders, increase fluidity in the spine for an improved and sustainable yoga practice.
Thérèse understands the importance of a practice that is energizing, restorative and therapeutic and she also brings her training in Satyananda Yoga (mind and body), Pilates and Somatics. Under her careful, individually focusedguidance you will experience a greater sense of connection between your breath, body, and mind which will lead you to improved flexibility, strength and calm in Yoga and in your daily life.
