It’s Pilates but with a focus on deep stretches! Using breath and neuro muscular connections offered by Somatics, we’ll access deep muscles and repattern movement for flexibility, anchoring and strengthening the body. The goal is to progressively release tight spots along with breathing and moving freely with body awareness.
