Foundations of Barre is an introductory course focused on strength and mobility training found in our traditional barre class set to a slow to moderate flow with emphasis on developing lean muscles and joint health for long term physical conditioning and longevity. This is the perfect class if you’re looking to start a fitness routine or looking to develop a new skill!
