Do you have a background in Pilates and looking to find a place to develop your skills? 

Welcome to our 4-part series intended to further develop the necessary skills for an effective and safe Pilates practice. 

Think of this as “advanced-beginners.” 

Join us for this class to make sure this four-week series meets your skill level.

What is Pilates? Developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a full-body workout that focuses on core strength and stability through a mind-body connection and controlled breathing. Attention will be placed on applying verbal cues to properly engage targeted muscle groups. 

For successful completion- attendance is mandatory for the dates of 04/16, 04/23, 04/30 and 05/07.

This class is open to all fitness levels with a background in Pilates- prior registration is required.
