Welcome to our 4-part series intended to help develop the necessary skills for an effective and safe Pilates practice. 

What is Pilates? Developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a full-body workout that focuses on core strength and stability through a mind-body connection and controlled breathing. Attention will be placed on applying verbal cues to properly engage targeted muscle groups. 

For successful completion- attendance is mandatory for the dates 04/12, 04/19, 04/26 & 05/03.

This class is open to all fitness levels- prior registration is required.
