Yoga Sculpt is a fun and challenging combination of yoga and weight training that will help you improve your strength, mobility, and mental fortitude. We will flow through a series of familiar yoga asanas, and then incorporate hand weights to challenge and strengthen the body. Size and use of hand weights are yogis' choice.
Be prepared to work up a sweat and be open to pushing yourself to a new level of fitness. This class is accessible to ALL LEVELS of fitness and yoga.
