Trouble with S.I joint? Tight psoas? Hamstrings? Back from India with this first 2025 workshop, we will target breath, body & mind to loosen tight areas and free your breath to let you enjoy a wider range of movement! There will be 3 parts:
>Centering and warming up asanas. >Alternating guidance and flow through deep relaxation with pranayama.
>Yoga nidra meditation with healing sound.
Please note:
-Room will be warm & props used as needed.
-Herb tea served.
-Modifications and gentle assistance will be given.
