Our Barre Strength and Cardio Tabata class blends the strength training portion of our barre classes and adds cardio intervals for a well-rounded, heart-focused workout. The Cardio Tabata has four cardio intensive intervals set to a 20 seconds "on," 10 seconds "off," four-minute per round format designed to maximize effort in a short period of time.
