This class is for those who want to deepen their Yoga practice. Step-by-step guidance to master yoga poses with proper alignment, core strength, and breath. Final relaxation with Yoga Nidra. Recommended for those with a moderate to advance yoga practice(Yoga 2 & Yoga 3). Modifications and gentle assistance will be given, props will be available.
