A blend of Yogic and Pilates movement, this unique approach of complementary moves will allow you to identify areas within the body that hold tension.  We will teach you the proper moves and breathing techniques to stretch, realign, strengthen, and stabilize your core. 
We will use props and gentle, hands-on assists when appropriate. This class is open to all levels of fitness and practice.
