In support of Hugo's Men in Pink fundraising efforts, we're hosting our first ever The Barre in PINK
class.
Join us Saturday, October 24 at 9:00am OR 10:15am for a 45-minute Foundations of Barre class. This means we're taking our traditional Barre-Classic format and returning it back to basics! This class will be tailored to the participant's ability or skill level, no prior barre knowledge required.

A little bit more about the class format
Foundations of Barre is an introductory course focused on strength and mobility training found in our traditional barre class. Emphasis is placed on developing lean muscles and joint health for long term physical conditioning and longevity. This is the perfect class if you’re looking to start a fitness routine or looking to develop a new skill!
