Join this Immersive Sound Therapy workshop at The Barre: Murray, on Fri, May 29, 5:30-7pm. If you haven't been to a singing bowl session before, know that it is, at the very least, incredibly relaxing, and can be a transformative/healing experience for many. This is the perfect way to recharge or treat yourself!

You will be led through some gentle stretches to relieve muscle tension, as well as a guided Nidra meditation for relaxation of the body and mind. You will then be taken deeper into relaxation and healing with the sounds of tuning forks, quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that are specifically attuned to align the energy centers of the body.

Bring anything you would like to make yourself comfortable, including a yoga mat, pillows, eye mask, blanket, etc. Mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks also available onsite.
