Join us on Friday, April 17, 5:30-7pm, for the Reiki/Restorative Sound Therapy Workshop at The Barre: Murray. Experience a Reiki infused event in which everything you touch will have been cleansed with Reiki energy and each participant will receive hands-on Reiki energy healing.

In addition, Alison Watson of Serenity Valley Wellness, RYT500 Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner, will lead each attendee through 5-6 restorative yoga postures, using props for maximum comfort and ease.  Restorative yoga is designed to gently loosen stiff muscles and allow the nervous system time to relax.  Your Reiki/Restorative yoga experience will be followed by a restful and healing sound therapy session, including quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.

If you haven't attended a sound therapy session before, know that it is very relaxing and can be a transformative experience for many.  Yoga mats, yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks will be available, but feel free to bring anything that would help you find comfort, such as your favorite mat, blanket, pillow, etc.

Due to the hand-on nature of this class, we will only be able to accept the first 15 participants to ensure each attendee gets a full Reiki treatment.  $30 per person plus tax. Please register in advance at the link provided and reach out with any questions.
