Join this Immersive Sound Therapy workshop at The Barre: Murray. If you haven't been to a singing bowl session before, know that it is, at the very least, incredibly relaxing, and can be a transformative experience for many. 

We will begin with gentle stretching and a guided meditation for relaxation of the body and mind. Then you will be taken deeper into relaxation and healing with the sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that are specifically attuned to align the energy centers of the body.

Bring anything you would like to make yourself comfortable, including a yoga mat, pillows, eye mask, blanket, etc. Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks also available onsite.
