Join this Full Harvest Moon Meditation & Sound Bath at The Barre: Murray on Sat, Sept 26, 6-7pm. If you haven't been to a singing bowl session before, know that it is, at the very least, incredibly relaxing, and can be a transformative/healing experience for many and this one coincides with the Full Harvest Moon, a wonderful time for releasing anything weighing you down and preparing for the change of seasons.

We will begin by transitioning beautifully into the Autumn season with a guided Nidra meditation. I will then take you deeper into relaxation and healing with the sounds of quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that are specifically attuned to align the energy centers of the body.

Each attendee will receive an inspirational stone as a keepsake.

Bring anything you would like to make yourself comfortable, including a yoga mat, pillows, eye mask, blanket, etc. Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks also available onsite.
